Our team thrives in a collaborative, growth-focusedenvironment where innovation and client success come first.Location:Remote IndiaAbout the Role:WMS is looking for a highly driven Lead Generation Specialist who can consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities for our SAP and enterprise solutions team. This role is critical to building a revenue-backed pipeline and supporting the organization's growth strategy across GCC, MENA, and India.This position is suited for someone who understands B2 B/enterprise sales cycles, can reach decision-makers, and knows how to qualify, nurture, and convert interest into real business opportunities.Why This Role is Critical: This is not a data-entry or marketing support role. This is a revenue-focused, pipeline-creating position that directly contributes to company growth.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Creation & Opportunity GenerationConsistently generate qualified, high-intent leads that convert into real sales opportunities for the sales team.Targeted Prospecting & OutreachIdentify and engage decision-makers (CIOs, HR Heads, CFOs, IT Leaders) through cold calling, Linked In, email and direct outreach, achieving strong response and engagement rates.Lead Qualification & ScoringQualify prospects using clear criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure only sales-ready leads are passed to the sales team.Database & Market MappingBuild and maintain an accurate, well-mapped database of target accounts, industries, and stakeholders in the ERP/SAP space.CRM & Data AccuracyEnsure all leads, touchpoints, conversations, and updates are 100% documented and updated in the CRM.Campaign Support & ExecutionSupport email campaigns, Linked In campaigns, webinars, and events by building lists, inviting prospects and converting interest into meetings.Meeting & Demo SchedulingSecure a consistent flow of qualified meetings, demos and discovery calls for the sales team.Account NurturingMaintain regular touchpoints with warm and cold leads to move them through the funnel and keep WMS top-of-mind.Research & Industry InsightsContinuously research industry trends, target sectors, and competitor activity to identify new prospecting opportunities.Performance Tracking & ReportingDeliver weekly reports on leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field4–5+ years of lead generation or inside sales experience in B2 B / IT / ERP / Saa SExperience in SAP / ERP / IT consulting environment (highly preferred)Proven ability to generate 50–100 qualified leads per monthStrong exposure to Linked In Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns & CRM toolsFamiliarity with GCC and India markets (preferred)Highly target-driven and performance-focusedSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and persuasion skillsExcellent research and data-mining abilitiesConfident in engaging decision-makers at senior levelsHighly organized with excellent time managementStrong persistence and follow-up capabilityComfortable working in a target-driven environment
