Key Responsibilities

  • Travel Desk

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for employees and guests (tickets, hotels, cabs, visa, insurance, etc.).

  • Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors for timely and cost-effective bookings.
  • Maintain travel records and ensure compliance with company policy.

  • Guest House

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company guest house.

  • Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and proper hospitality for guests.
  • Manage housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and supplies.

  • General Administration

  • Handle office facilities, security, housekeeping, and office supplies.

  • Maintain agreements, contracts, and records for smooth operations.
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and issue resolution.

  • Events & Coordination

  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, workshops, and celebrations.

  • Coordinate logistics such as venue, catering, travel, and materials.
  • Ensure events are delivered smoothly, within timelines and budget.

  • Vendor Coordination

  • Identify and onboard vendors for travel, guest house, admin, and events.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Track vendor performance, renewals, and payments.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in travel desk, guest house, admin, and events.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Administration / Hospitality preferred).
  • 45 years of relevant experience in administration, travel, vendor coordination, and events.
