Key ResponsibilitiesManagement Responsibilities

To provide leadership & management to the teams, ensuring high standards of performance and customer care and a positive customer focused working culture, including the management of regular and effective 1 on 1 meetings with direct reports. Ensure that the back-office services teams support the delivery of an efficient, customer focused service delivery, ensuring that systems & technology are used to maximum effect. Provide support for the BSM Program Management arm, BSM Governance lead & your direct and indirect manager, ensuring BSM procedures & processes are adhered to at the highest standard. Manage the day to day running of the team, including hybrid working patterns, absenteeism, BAU coverage and project focused tasks. Manage the interaction between your team & the customer ensuring BSM governance processes are followed to the highest standard. Ensure all BCM Reporting tasks are completed within the required timeframes and any adjustments/recertifications to the BSM Procedures are completed timely. Participate in and lead all new hire/replacement recruitment processes in location. Create an inclusive working culture and continuously look to develop your team’s skillset, focusing on project management coordination, MS Excel data management, BSM governance & BSM procedures. To oversee and be responsible for the daily management of real estate data accuracy in location for CIB (excluding HR)Act as Business Liaison & ensure BCM service delivery

Provide dedicated BCM support for LoB, acting as business liaison for Business Managers, Business Control Office, Technology, Operations and Front Office teams to ensure effective delivery and appropriate controls in place Act as a gatekeeper, centrally coordinating change management activity in partnership with technology stakeholders in ensuring the highest level of service from all disciplines on behalf of supported lines of business Provide support in the execution of CIB change projects in location Through developing SME knowledge on all BCM systems, provide technical guidance as requiredLiaison between the Line of Business (LOB) and Offshore Hub

Coordinate on/off boarding, transfer process with Offshore Hub Mediate ad hoc tech requests via LOB & Hub Analysis of requests feasible for Hub based on time sensitivity and practicality Deliver Onshore tasks such as Urgent requests Market Data Services Technology hardware Market DataAudit and Control Processes

Oversight of all CIB location postmortem checks, transfers, door access, reconciliation and status changes Work in association with Business Management and the Business Control Office in implementing controls across LOB Voice Recording Consecutive Leave eCommunication Retention Business Continuity Off boarding Shared Drive audits Insider AreasReal Estate

Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to deliver on time sensitive real estate projects Responsible for organizing moves within the LOB, liaising with CIB Real Estate and submitting appropriate move details Work on Floor planning strategy, headcount forecast, maintenance and moves and changesOther responsibilities

Technology strategy and implementation, including Hardware Applications Cost reporting including Market Data Tech Hardware cost reporting Real Estate Ongoing Offshore strategy Integration of new BCM coverage areas and incorporate processes into the Hub. Analysis of workload to understand areas available for off shoring, as well as any new processes or work that could be available to the Hub.Role Requirements
