**JOB DESCRIPTION** CIB Business Change Management Job Description**:

The position available is to lead the BCM offshore team which provides the opportunity to join a critical area in regional offshore BCM team. The position will be located in Mumbai and will report to the Functional BSM Program Management Lead.
**Function overview**:
The CIB Business Change Management (BCM) function provides a range of services to support the JP Morgan CIB business globally. The primary function of the group is onboarding and off boarding of users within CIB, and partnering with a number of teams globally to ensure the necessary requests raised are completely in a timely manner. The team also manage and oversee a number of additional processes and validation exercises.
The team lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational responsibilities of the team while also identifying and progressing a number of projects geared towards increasing scope/controls, process efficiency etc.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Able to work across groups and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written - an ability to articulate clearly, logically and succinctly including handling of challenging conversations with business stakeholders
- Ability to process & review data efficiently in compliance with the procedures (intermediate Excel skills are essential) with an appreciation of the importance of process and a robust control framework
- Strong sense of client service and responsiveness coupled with judgment to show urgency when immediate follow up/ escalation is required
- Exhibit Leadership and People management with desire to oversee the development of team members and the team
- Strong understanding of controls and dedicated to continuously improving processes
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
- Effectively handle escalations and find appropriate resolutions; in addition to BAU activities, is able to take up additional projects and effectively lead them to completion

This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual with a finance or operations background to leverage their experience. The key attributes and qualities required to perform this role effectively will be:

**Q**ualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 Years of experience in people management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Comprehensive training will be provided on the Business Change Management responsibilities, infrastructure and procedures. On an ongoing basis, a flexible and adaptable approach to the role will be required as the operations hub is established and built-out.
