Company Description:
We run a select proprietary trading group with the belief that a collaborative environment will allow our traders to effectively optimize opportunities whilst minimizing risk.
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Trader. The Financial Trader will be responsible for conducting trading activities, analysing market trends, making investment decisions, and managing financial portfolios. The role will require close monitoring of market movements and timely execution of trades. The Financial Trader will also be responsible for hedging strategies and risk management.
Qualifications:
Trading and Analytical Skills
Experience in Investments and Finance
Knowledge of Hedging strategies
Strong mathematical and statistical skills
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field
PHASE 1: Initial Evaluation Process
$100,000 Demo Account
Qualification Profit target: 10%
1. Minimum 30 trading days
2. Minimum 30 trades
3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.
4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.
PHASE 2: Final Evaluation Process
$100,000 Demo Account
Qualification Profit target: 8%
1. Minimum 30 trading days
2. Minimum 30 trades
3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.
4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.
Phase 3: Employment Process
Trade Live Company Capital Account: Minimum $100,000 - $1m
Max draw-down 20 % of the initial capital.
Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.
Performers can qualify for a UK Work Visa Sponsorship opportunity subject to a consistent trading profit
performance of 10% + per month for 12 consecutive months.
