Company Description:

We run a select proprietary trading group with the belief that a collaborative environment will allow our traders to effectively optimize opportunities whilst minimizing risk.

Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Trader. The Financial Trader will be responsible for conducting trading activities, analysing market trends, making investment decisions, and managing financial portfolios. The role will require close monitoring of market movements and timely execution of trades. The Financial Trader will also be responsible for hedging strategies and risk management.

Qualifications:Trading and Analytical SkillsExperience in Investments and FinanceKnowledge of Hedging strategiesStrong mathematical and statistical skillsExcellent decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of financial regulations and complianceBachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related field

PHASE 1:

Initial Evaluation Process$100,000 Demo AccountQualification Profit target: 10%1. Minimum 30 trading days2. Minimum 30 trades3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.

PHASE 2:

Final Evaluation Process$100,000 Demo AccountQualification Profit target: 8%1. Minimum 30 trading days2. Minimum 30 trades3. Max draw-down 5% of the initial capital.4. Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.

Phase 3:

Employment ProcessTrade Live Company Capital Account: Minimum $100,000 - $1mMax draw-down 20 % of the initial capital.Max 1.5% risk of the initial account balance per trade.

Top Performers can qualify for a UK Work Visa Sponsorship opportunity subject to a consistent trading profitperformance of 10% + per month for 12 consecutive months.
