As a Proprietary Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades on behalf of the company, utilizing strategic market analysis and risk management techniques to maximize profitability. You will work closely with research analysts and portfolio managers to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities in various financial markets.QualificationsStrong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk managementPrevious experience as a Proprietary Trader or in a similar roleProficiency in quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.G., NCFM and NISM) are a plusCompensationFixed and Profit Share
