Position Summary:


As the HR Manager at RoundCircle , you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development and employee relations. You will work closely with leadership to create a positive and productive work environment, ensure HR compliance, and build a strong company culture. The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded HR professional with experience in startup environments, a passion for fostering a great workplace, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving company.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision.


Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding new employees.


Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace environment.


Talent Development: Identify training and development needs, coordinate employee training programs, and support career growth.


Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes and facilitate feedback sessions.


Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits, salary structures, and compensation packages.


HR Compliance: Ensure HR practices adhere to labor laws and regulations, staying updated on legal changes.


Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts, guide resolution processes, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.


Culture Building: Cultivate and promote a strong company culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.


Employee Well-being: Champion employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health initiatives.


HR Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.


Data and Metrics: Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports on HR activities, and provide data-driven insights.


Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Proven experience in HR management, with a strong preference for startup environments.


Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.


Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee relations.


Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills.


Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.


Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and HR software systems.


A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
