Sr. Manager - HR


We're seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join Clensta. This pivotal role involves overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management systems (PMS), and HR operations. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.


Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 8 to 10 Years into Human Resources function

Required Skills:


1. **Recruitment Expertise:** Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various levels and functions.


2. **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Proficiency in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.


3. **Performance Management Systems (PMS):** Experience in managing performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and career development plans.


4. **HR Operations:** Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS management.


5. **Leadership and Collaboration:** Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.


6. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.


7. **Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and propose solutions to address challenges and optimize HR processes.


8. **Adaptability and Agility:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.


Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 Years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and policy development.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preference to applicants available for immediate employment at Clensta.
