Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources administrative support. The role involves overseeing the entire employee life cycle, managing HR programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing expertise and guidance on HR matters.

  • HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
  • Employee Relations
  • Human Resources (HR) knowledge and expertise
  • Experience in managing HR programs and initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the garment industry is a plus
