About the role:


At Advith ITeC, we provide Audit & personal tax services to our clients who are Corporates from around the world, CA Firms and CPA Firms. We are looking to hire a Team Lead to lead the service delivery for our clients by coordinating efforts from various teams engaged in rendering these services.


Role description

  • Assist clients in preparing for annual audits
  • Assist CA Firms and CPA Firms carry out audit processes for their clients
  • Work from our delivery-cum-capability center in Udupi to co-ordinate with various teams to integrate the efforts of multiple teams to deliver the audit support to clients
  • Work on Indian personal tax filings, tax advice for individual clients and clients of CA Firms
  • Work with tax experts within the team to deliver high quality tax advisory to individual clients
  • Work on preparation/review of financials statements as per IGAAP, Ind-AS, Non-corporate financials etc
  • Review Indirect tax, Labour law compliances and present reports that are required to the auditors as a part of audit support to clients
  • Co-ordinate with auditors to resolve the queries that they have during the course of audit
  • Peak audit season would involve handling multiple clients with varied expectations and strict timelines
  • This role will not involve travel regularly. However, it may involve occasional travel primarily for meetings


Skills & Qualification

  • Graduate/Master Graduate in Finance & Accounting
  • CA Fresher or Semi-qualified CA
  • Should have completed articleship and must have discontinued CA course, in case of semi-qualified
  • Semi-qualified CA candidates should have had atleast 3yrs experience after completion of articleship
  • Excellent knowledge on accounting and reporting
  • Excellent MS-Office knowledge, especially MS-Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Should be able to deliver high quality work to client and drive matters to conclusion
  • Excellent working knowledge on audit practices and direct tax compliances
  • Should have knowledge about Personal Finance and tax management
  • Ability to handle team and coordinate with various teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
