About the role:
At Advith ITeC, we provide Audit & personal tax services to our clients who are Corporates from around the world, CA Firms and CPA Firms. We are looking to hire a Team Lead to lead the service delivery for our clients by coordinating efforts from various teams engaged in rendering these services.
Role descriptionAssist clients in preparing for annual auditsAssist CA Firms and CPA Firms carry out audit processes for their clientsWork from our delivery-cum-capability center in Udupi to co-ordinate with various teams to integrate the efforts of multiple teams to deliver the audit support to clientsWork on Indian personal tax filings, tax advice for individual clients and clients of CA FirmsWork with tax experts within the team to deliver high quality tax advisory to individual clientsWork on preparation/review of financials statements as per IGAAP, Ind-AS, Non-corporate financials etcReview Indirect tax, Labour law compliances and present reports that are required to the auditors as a part of audit support to clientsCo-ordinate with auditors to resolve the queries that they have during the course of auditPeak audit season would involve handling multiple clients with varied expectations and strict timelinesThis role will not involve travel regularly. However, it may involve occasional travel primarily for meetings
Skills & QualificationGraduate/Master Graduate in Finance & AccountingCA Fresher or Semi-qualified CAShould have completed articleship and must have discontinued CA course, in case of semi-qualifiedSemi-qualified CA candidates should have had atleast 3yrs experience after completion of articleshipExcellent knowledge on accounting and reportingExcellent MS-Office knowledge, especially MS-ExcelAbility to handle multiple tasks with attention to detailShould be able to deliver high quality work to client and drive matters to conclusionExcellent working knowledge on audit practices and direct tax compliancesShould have knowledge about Personal Finance and tax managementAbility to handle team and coordinate with various teamsExcellent verbal and written communications
