This is a tactical, hands-on role with clear goals: keep CAC tight, spend smart, and grow fast. You'll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to drive performance, test creative, and iterate fast across ads, funnels, and landing pages.This role is perfect for someone who sees media buying as a craft and wants to deepen their experience in full-funnel growth. You've been in the trenches managing high-spend accounts and know what it takes to drive efficient, profitable growth. You're also someone who aspires to go beyond just media buying—this is your chance to learn directly from elite growth leaders while owning day-to-day results and leveling up your growth acumen.You are:- A paid media operator who has scaled Meta to $20k+/day and knows how to keep ROAS steady while pushing spend- A creative executor who can write briefs, spot a winning hook, and keep the testing pipeline moving- A funnel-minded thinker who understands how landing pages and offers impact performance- A CAC optimizer who doesn't just look at ROAS — you look at contribution margin and understand LTV- A self-starter who moves fast, QA's everything, and catches issues before they cost real money- A team collaborator who works well with designers, CRO, freelancers, and the broader growth team- An AI-powered operator who uses ChatGPT, Motion, Shopify Sidekick, or similar tools to brainstorm hooks, write copy, and analyze performance… because that's how you maintain velocity- Someone who sees this role as a chance to focus on what you do best: buying media, testing creative, and scaling what works- Eager to grow beyond media buying and build the foundation for a bigger role in growth down the lineYou'll be responsible for:- Scaling Meta (Bonus: YouTube/Google) campaigns profitably (with clear CAC and LTV targets)- Building and launching creative tests at a high velocity—hooks, angles, formats, you name it- Supporting funnel builds and CRO tests to maximize AOV and CVR- Writing clear briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers- Leveraging AI tools like Motion, ChatGPT, and Shopify Sidekick to 10x your workflow- Monitoring performance and making fast, informed decisions on spend, audience, and creative- Collaborating with our creative and CRO teams to connect the dots across the growth engineYou're not responsible for:- Owning the growth strategy, you'll be supported by a fractional Head of Growth and our Head of Growth (yes, two)- Managing a large team — you'll coordinate with freelancers and partners, but your main job is getting results- Setting the long-term vision — this role is about execution, iteration, and performanceYou'll thrive here if:- You've managed $20k/day+ on Meta and love being hands-on with media buying- You're excited to test creative, optimize funnels, and scale what works- You work fast, stay organized, and love solving problems with performance in mind- You treat CAC like your P&L and have the instinct to know when to double down or pivot- You aspire to grow into more than just a media buyer and see this role as a springboard- You love being part of a scrappy, high-ownership team that punches above its weightWhat Makes Us Special- We care.
