Key Responsibilities
As our Performance Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for:
Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth while maintaining strong ROAS.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Continuously track, measure, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to maximize results.
Budget Management:
Own and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and accountability.
Forecast, allocate, and adjust spend based on campaign performance and business goals.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content aligned with brand voice.
Ensure all creative assets are optimized for different platforms and audience segments.
Cross-Functional Impact:
Partner with sales, design, operations, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless user journey from ad click to client conversion.
Provide insights to inform pricing strategies, promotions, and market positioning.
Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
Identify new growth opportunities in untapped channels and audience segments.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
4–7 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in D2C, service-oriented retail, e-commerce, or high-growth lifestyle/consumer brands.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads , Meta Business Suite , Social Media, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Experience in scaling campaigns with significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high ownership.
Bachelor's degree or further in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Good-to-Have:
Experience working in wellness, fitness, or premium/luxury lifestyle industries and brands is advantageous.
Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
