Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accounts Manager / Executive
to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. The candidate should have strong knowledge of
TDS, GST, taxation laws
, and must be proficient in
Tally ERP
. The role involves handling all accounting functions including entries, billing, invoicing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, billing, and vouchers.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and Taxation related compliance, returns, and filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP.
  • Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Support management in financial planning and budgeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
