Job Description – Accounts Manager (female)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager (Female Candidate Only)to manage day-to-day accounting, financial compliance, and reporting for MetalexAutomation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime,bookkeeping, taxation, and financial coordination with our Chartered Accountant (CA). Thisrole requires excellent communication skills for payment follow-ups and coordination withinternal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain complete daily accounting in Tally Prime.

Record and reconcile all cash & online transactions related to raw materialpurchases, supplier bills, and customer receipts.

Manage cash voucher entries accurately.

Payment Follow-ups & Customer Accounts

Follow up on payments via WhatsApp, calls, and emails.

Maintain individual customer accounting sheets in Excel for tracking outstandingbalances and payments.

Expense & Compliance Management

Collect, check, and maintain Project Managers' monthly expense sheets.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

Knowledge of TDS and other tax compliance requirements.

Financial Reporting & Coordination

Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and balance sheets in coordination with the CA.

Maintain proper documentation of all accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.

experience in accounting roles.

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and general tax compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel & bookkeeping.

Good communication skills for follow-ups with clients and vendors.

Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

Candidate Preference

Should be based in Indore or willing to relocate.
