Service Delivery Manager- Management Accounts,
reporting to the
Senior Manager
this full-time and permanent position is based in
Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited, Indore, India
and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GDH
(management accounts)
operations department and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • To support in migration of process from other location to India.
  • To recruit and build out high-performance teams that efficiently deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ensuring all deliverables are accurately completed on time as per the agreed SLA with client
  • Manage assigned client portfolio, actively motivate, counsel and support teams for goal congruence.
  • Provide a volume-related matrix, alongside staff utilization and forecast changes to the senior management to ensure correct resourcing levels are in place.
  • Seek guidance from Sr. management in case of sensitive issues (out of control of self-influence)
  • Work as Subject Matter Expert for month end close and develop knowledge on cross functional subjects (VAT, Payroll tax, Corp. Tax)
  • Identify key roles within the team and develop a succession plan for team members to be able to fill these roles.
  • Prepare SOPs and process maps for the new migration
  • Implement & monitor a strong governance & delivery model.

Key requirements:

  • Experience of handling medium team size of 5-10 people with an experience of working in a dynamic organization.
  • Strong Communication, Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
  • Ability to manage change sensitively and in a collaborative manner.
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Candidates with KPO/BPO background would be preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant or similar professional degree – Mandatory
  • ACCA – DIP IFRS would be added advantage
  • Working Knowledge of Lease accounting, Intercompany transactions, loan amortization, SPV and Investment accounting preferred
  • CA plus 3-10 Years of Experience
