Position Overview:As a PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, customization, and integration, along with experience in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.

Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements to understand client needs and objectivesDesign, develop, and implement technical solutions using PeopleSoft HCM modules and toolsCustomize and configure PeopleSoft HCM applications to meet client-specific requirementsDevelop and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces, integrations, and data conversionsWrite and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, and SQR reportsPerform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing of PeopleSoft solutionsProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phasesCollaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryStay updated with the latest PeopleSoft releases, patches, and industry best practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldX+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM technical consulting and implementationStrong technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence ManagementProficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR for PeopleSoft developmentExperience with PeopleSoft data structures, integration technologies, and reporting toolsKnowledge of PeopleSoft security administration, roles, and permissionsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
