Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating day-to-day activities, setting performance goals, and ensuring targets are met. The role will include overseeing project execution, providing guidance and feedback to team members, and reporting to upper management. Additionally, the Team Leader will liaise with other departments to ensure seamless project workflow and address any operational challenges.
