Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rural Team Leader, located in Kanpur Dehat. The Rural Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, and driving outreach initiatives within rural markets. They will also be required to engage with local merchants, facilitate training sessions, and ensure smooth operational workflows. The role involves building relationships with community stakeholders and implementing strategies to expand PhonePe's presence in rural areas.
