Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience managing or coordinating programs/projects, ensuring smooth execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time results.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end project/program activities to ensure timely delivery.
Act as a bridge between engineering, design, and business teams to track deliverables and resolve blockers.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
Monitor program progress, identify risks/issues, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
Support resource planning and optimize project schedules.
Drive effective communication and collaboration within teams to meet organizational goals.
Assist in process improvements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of project/program management principles (Agile/Scrum knowledge preferred).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project preferred).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2/CSM) is a plus.
