Job Title: Program Manager – Adolescents & Youth

Location: Hyderabad

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Manager to lead our initiatives with adolescents and youth in urban communities of Hyderabad. This role involves program design, implementation, module development, training, and building impactful partnerships to strengthen opportunities for young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and implement programs for adolescents and youth in urban communities.
  • Develop training modules, toolkits, and structured content for sessions.
  • Lead capacity-building workshops and training for staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across program teams and volunteers.
  • Ensure smooth program implementation through strong project management and coordination.
  • Prepare regular reports, documentation, and impact assessments.
  • Network with schools, youth groups, NGOs, and government agencies to expand program reach.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships to enhance program delivery and sustainability.
  • Ensure alignment of programs with organizational goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in program/project management in the development sector.
  • Strong skills in program implementation, training facilitation, and module development.
  • Experience in team management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability in networking, advocacy, and partnership-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
  • Passion for working with adolescents and youth; commitment to social impact.
