Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies for business growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure sales objectives are met and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Market research and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing sales teams and meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role is preferred
