Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Lucknow. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing client relationships, and driving property sales. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, networking with key stakeholders, and providing market analysis. The role also involves meeting sales targets, conducting property tours, and negotiating deals with clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis and Sales Strategy Development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in real estate or related industry is a plus
