Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Stay abreast with marketing trends and competitors.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaign
Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities to facilitate sales closer.
Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations, explaining the project with all kinds of community living, hi – tech facilities in residential, Commercial & Group housing projects.
Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
