Job Overview: We are seeking a motivatedand experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for sourcing screening and placing toptiertalent for our clients IT staffing needs with a focus on roleswithin the BFSIsector.
KeyResponsibilities:
Sourcescreen and qualify candidates for IT positions including softwaredevelopers systems analysts project managers and other technicalroles based on client requirements.Utilizevarious sourcing methods including job boards social medianetworking and referrals to attract a diverse pool of qualifiedcandidates.Conduct initial phone screeningsand interviews to assess candidates skills experience and culturalfit for client positions.Coordinate andschedule interviews between candidates and clients providingguidance and support throughout the interviewprocess.Maintain accurate and uptodatecandidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuringcompliance with data privacyregulations.Build and maintain relationshipswith candidates providing regular updates on job opportunities andguiding them through the recruitmentprocess.Collaborate closely with AccountManagers and clients to understand their staffing needs prioritiesand preferences.Negotiate salary offersbenefits and other employment terms on behalf of candidatesensuring alignment with client requirements and industrystandards.Stay informed about market trendsemerging technologies and industry developments to better adviseclients and candidates.Meet or exceedrecruitment targets and KPIs demonstrating consistent performanceand contribution to the overall success of the recruitmentteam.
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Scienceor a related field. years of experience inIT recruitment preferably in the BFSI sector or a relatedindustry.Proven track record of success insourcing screening and placing candidates for ITpositions.Strong understanding of IT rolestechnologies and industry trends with the ability to assesscandidates technical skills andqualifications.Excellent communicationinterpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to buildrapport with candidates andclients.Proficiency in using applicanttracking systems (ATS) job boards and other recruitment tools andplatforms.Highly organized anddetailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities in a fastpaced environment.Strongproblemsolving skills with the ability to identify and addresschallenges throughout the recruitmentprocess.Ethical conduct and professionalismwith a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity inall interactions.Team player with theability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contributeto the success of the recruitment team andorganization.
