We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and develop high-quality content that engages our audience and drives conversions. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. This role not only involves managing social media marketing campaigns but also includes hands-on content creation, such as posts, stories, reels, videos, articles, and more.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Create, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Plan and schedule content calendars across all platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay updated with trends and best practices.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns aimed at driving leads, conversions, and engagement.

Content Creation & Development:

  • Develop high-quality content, including stories, posts, reels, videos, and articles for Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, etc.) tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets for campaigns and posts.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's social media followers and increase engagement.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings to the management team.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize conversions through A/B testing, audience targeting, and content adjustments.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and social media metrics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and successful social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in using social media platforms and tools such as Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Experience in generating leads and driving conversions through social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and video editing software.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and content calendars for a brand.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing content strategies and executing social media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing strategies.
