Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, chats, and emails to international clients
  • Accurately understand and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolutions
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if required)
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Undergraduates and Graduates from any stream are welcome
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur (relocation support provided)
