Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Fresher MERN Stack Developer who has a strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, quick learner, and eager to take ownership of features and tasks. MERN stack experience is a plus, but not mandatory—if you have good programming fundamentals, we will train you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with senior developers to build, test, and deploy modern web applications.

● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript.

● Learn and assist in developing both frontend (React) and backend , Express) components.

● Integrate with MongoDB databases and RESTful APIs.

● Debug and troubleshoot application issues with guidance.

● Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning meetings.

● Take ownership of tasks and deliver them with quality and accountability.

● Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Requirements:

● Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

● Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership.

● Basic knowledge of Git/version control.

● Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

● Eagerness to learn the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

● Exposure to building web apps or college projects using any JavaScript frameworks.

● Familiarity with REST APIs or databases.

● Understanding of basic software development life cycle (SDLC).
