Weare Looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist withEvent Management Industry Expertise is a pivotal role within the HRteam responsible for spearheading talent acquisition efforts whileleveraging specialized knowledge of the event management industry.
Thisrole involves developing strategic recruitment plans sourcingtoptier talent and implementing innovative hiring strategiestailored to the unique needs and challenges of the event managementsector.
Theincumbent will play a key role in attracting engaging and retaininghighcaliber professionals to drive organizational success.
KeyResponsibilities:1. Recruitment StrategyDevelopment: Work closely with hiringmanagers and department heads to understand their staffing needsjob requirements and teamCleardynamics.Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various nonITroles considering different sourcing channelsandcandidatepools.
2.Sourcing and Candidate Identification:Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social medianetworking events referrals and direct sourcingtoidentify potentialcandidates. Conduct market research to stayupdated on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitorpractices.3. Candidate Screening andAssessment:4. InterviewCoordination.5.Candidate RelationshipManagement: Maintain regular communication with candidatesthroughout the recruitment process keeping them informed abouttheir application status.6.Offer Managementand Negotiation:7.Data and Reporting:Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactionsand recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Generate recruitment metrics and reports to analyze theeffectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas forimprovement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration HospitalityManagement or a related field (Masters degreepreferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience intalent acquisition recruitment or HR with a focus on the eventmanagement industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of theevent management sector including industry trends market dynamicsand key players.
  • Proven track record ofsourcing and hiring top talent within the event management industryincluding event planners coordinators and productionprofessionals.
  • Strong networking andrelationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage withindustry professionals associations and talentcommunities.
  • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with a customercentricapproach to recruitment.
  • Ability to workindependently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaceddynamicenvironment.
