They have a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and entertainment projects, contributing significantly to Dubai's urban development.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
- Leading and mentoring the talent acquisition team.
- Partnering with senior leadership to meet staffing needs.
- Driving employer branding initiatives.
- Using data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes.
- Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What You Will NOT Be Doing:
- Performing administrative tasks outside talent acquisition.
- Working in isolation; collaboration is essential.
- Managing other HR functions like payroll or employee relations.
- Micromanaging; you will lead and empower your Minimum of 25 years in talent acquisition, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses (up to 70,000 AED per month, approx. 15 lakhs INR per month).
