Senior Art Director (OTT platform)


Seeking a Senior Art Director for a well know OTT platform. Looking at applicants from OTT companies only. You will be responsible for creating and delivering the best-in-class design creatives, continually evolve design ideation, implementation and fulfilment, whilst maintaining keen understanding of the competitive environment, as well as evolving consumer and design trends.

- Must be adept in Team/Stakeholder Management, Project Management and Vendor Management capabilities, and being quality-focused, deadline and result oriented.

- This role requires to maintain tight inter-departmental alignment for all creative briefs, brainstorming and curation discussions with various Business Stakeholders like Marketing, Content, CLM, performance marketing and must understand Business Objectives that the Design team needs to deliver to extending to CTR and other defined business goals.

- Must be well versed with new age AI tools for image creation and design.

- Must be a team player who is enthusiastic, technology driven, loves to think big, experiment and learn.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum 7 years creative experience in an OTT Visual Designing, Digital, Interactive or Mainline Advertising Agency (will be preferable with publicity poster designing skillsets).

- Previously you have handled roles like Senior Designer, Art Director or similar role.

- Should have had experience of handling a team of atleast 2 Junior designers.

- You should have a portfolio of completed and released design projects.

- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

- Proficient in design software of the ADOBE SUITE.

- Proficient in AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly and Canva.

- Post-graduate / bachelor's degree in visual communication, Fine Arts, Multi-Media Design (or related fields)

- Should have managed multiple/complex projects at the same time.

- Strong background in consumer insights and campaign planning and execution would be an added benefit
