Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst to the Global Managing Director, located in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing business requirements, and providing recommendations for improvements. Daily tasks will include conducting in-depth analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualitative Requirements

Communication Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Analytical Skills

  • Evaluating information, identifying assumptions, and forming logical conclusions
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to interpret data and identify trends

Technical Skills

  • Good command on data mapping, analysis & presentation tools like Excel, Powerpoint, etc
  • Creating reports & presentations to communicate data insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
  • Good command on the P&L analysis and various financial reports

Business Acumen:
Understanding business operations, industry trends, and financial principles

Adaptability:
Being able to adjust to changing priorities and environments

Time management:
Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines

Attention to detail
: Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work

Stakeholder management:
Understanding and managing the needs and expectations of aligned stakeholders

Job Description

  1. Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, legal, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial and executive teams
  2. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate business requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain processes, including the delivery of monthly MIS from the respective departments
  3. Analyzing organization's large data sets to provide actionable insights
  4. Evaluating business's operations to analyze their cost and efficiency
  5. Demonstrated ability to perform standard analyses such as performance analyses, competitive analyses, and market analyses.
  6. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with key stakeholders and circulate MOM along with follow up for closure of actionable points
