We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the internal team for service/product improvement.
  • Attend client meetings and product presentations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally when required.
