Key Responsibilities Hot Kitchen & Café Menu:Prepare and serve a focused café-style menu, including:Pastas (creamy, tomato-based, vegan options)Artisan-style pizzasSignature sandwiches (croissants, bagels, sourdough, buns, focaccia, etc.)Toasts & open-faced breads with creative toppingsMaintain prep for  quick service and freshnessContribute ideas for  weekly specials & seasonal itemsEnsure  quality, consistency, and café-style presentationBakery Expertise:Develop and produce a range of  artisanal French breads  (baguette, sourdough, brioche, focaccia, etc.)Create and test recipes for  biscuits, cookies, and healthier baked optionsStandardize  recipes and SOPs  for consistent resultsMaintain hygiene, cost-efficiency, and production standardsTrain and guide junior bakers (as the team grows)Coffee Counter Duties:Handle the  coffee bar  with basic barista skillsPrepare espresso-based drinksSupport the café’s  fast-paced but cozy vibe  by interacting with customers when neededIdeal Candidate 3+ years  of experience as a chef (with at least  2 years in baking )Previous experience in a  café or bistro setting (minimum 1–2 years)Skilled in both  coffee-making and savory food preparationHands-on baker with knowledge of  bread varietiesOrganized, reliable, and able to multitask in a small-team environmentFlexible for both  day & night shiftsWilling to travel (up to 25%) if requiredBonus Points If You Have: Experience making croissants, bagels, and buns for sandwichesA flair for  vegan or fusion specialsKnowledge of  food costing and stock managementCulinary degree/diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory)Higher Secondary (12th pass) or aboveKnowledge of Hindi (preferred)Perks & Benefits Salary starting from ₹30,000/monthCreative freedom with the menuFree meals & coffee during shiftsCell phone reimbursementPaid sick time & Provident FundSupportive, friendly work environment with flexible shifts
