About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of HR, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition. If you are passionate about people, process, and workplace culture, and eager to kickstart your career in HR, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
2. Screen resumes and applications.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
4. Support in conducting initial HR screening calls.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS.
HR Operations:
1. Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
2. Help maintain HR databases and records.
3. Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
4. Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR communications.
5. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR team.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources.
2. Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn.
