Job Description:

We are looking for an
HR Intern

to support our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on
Talent Acquisition

. This role is ideal for individuals currently pursuing or who have recently completed a
BBA/MBA

with a specialization or strong interest in
Human Resource Management

. You'll assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, gaining end-to-end exposure to modern HR practices in a startup environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and internal events.
  • Contribute to day-to-day HR and admin activities.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR and company documents.
  • Assist with basic accounting and finance-related administrative tasks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Maintain attendance records of interns and consultants; review full-time employee attendance reports.
  • Collect and manage vendor information related to recruitment, medical insurance, etc., and help schedule related calls.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a
    BBA/MBA

with a focus or interest in
Human Resource Management

.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
