To support our growing user base, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Caller to join our support team.

Job Summary:

As a Service Caller, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing issues with their rented EV scooty. Your primary responsibility will be to answer customer service calls, identify and resolve issues over the phone if possible, and coordinate with field technicians when on-site support is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service-related calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Understand and diagnose customer complaints related to EV scooty performance or faults.
  • Provide on-call troubleshooting support where possible and guide customers through basic issue resolution.
  • Log and document all service calls, customer issues, and actions taken.
  • Coordinate and schedule service technicians for on-site visits when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Track the progress of service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with the technical team to relay accurate issue descriptions and customer feedback.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Support the operations team in monitoring the health of the rental fleet.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role (experience in the EV/automobile industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of EV scooters or willingness to learn technical basics.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Technical background or experience in mobility, EVs, or automotive service coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
