Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-sales/Tele-caller located in Gurgaon. The Pre-sales/Tele-caller will engage with potential clients to provide timely advice, property comparisons, property evaluations, and assistance with sales transactions, including home loans and related services. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and maintaining an organized client database. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in making outbound calls and lead generation
  • Ability to provide detailed property comparisons and evaluations
  • Experience in sales transaction assistance and home loan processes
  • Strong organizational skills for managing client databases
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Gurgaon is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
