Sleuth (a US-based venture-backed company currently in stealth) is seeking a

full time team lead

to manage the production of

data-driven social media content focused on the biopharma industry . This individual will work closely with the founder to produce data-driven analyses, deep dives and landscapes, including supporting visuals & graphics. This individual will also

manage 1-2 junior analysts

in the production of this work.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience within the biopharma industry, including prior experience in

competitive intelligence or data analyst roles . They should be familiar with industry terminology, including scientific terms, and have experience with market research and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Fluency in English is required.

All content pieces produced will be extremely data-intensive and research-oriented - this role is ideal for someone who loves going deep into new subject areas, working with data to support a hypothesis and telling a concise story.

A Typical Week:Work with founder to develop a list of topics / questions to research furtherConduct in-depth market research on these topics, including reading various public & proprietary data sources + taking detailed notesSupport research with granular data analysis using ExcelDevelop supporting graphics for the analysis via PowerPointProduce outlines and complete drafts of content pieces and iterate directly with founderManage content calendar across multiple channels and accountsQuality check work of junior analysts and ensure timelines are met

Your Expertise:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutics or a related field or demonstration of equivalent capabilities8+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research or data analysis

specifically within or adjacent to the biopharma industryExperience pulling together client-facing competitive intelligence or market research reportsFluency in both spoken and written EnglishExperience manually sourcing, aggregating and analyzing vast quantities of dataExcellent communication, teamwork and management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
