About the Function
The role incumbent will be a part of Franchise team supporting the holidays Business. With an earnest understanding of Indian consumers travel preferences, the Holidays team offers a vast range of holiday packages for destinations across the world. This business caters to various segments of travellers travelling to every part of the globe. While the dynamic or customized travel and tour packages offer consumers an option to create and design their own holiday, the fixed departure holiday packages have a predesigned itinerary. Franchise team manages expansion of our presence in key market, boosting revenue growth, and ensuring top-notch holiday experiences for our customers.
About the Role
As the Holidays Franchise Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in key markets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional holiday experiences to our customers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop strategic plans, identify new opportunities, and provide support to franchisees to maximize their success.
What will you be doing
Developing and executing strategies to recruit, onboard, and support franchise partners, ensuring alignment with our brand values and standards.
Driving sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to each franchise location.
Fostering strong relationships with franchisees, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Analysing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of franchise initiatives and alignment with company objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating franchise performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualification & Experience
A master’s degree from a reputed institution with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills- should be able to influence prospect & current Franchise owners.
Team handling- Should have handled a minimum team size of 10 or more folks for at least 3+ years.
Key Success Factors for the Role
Process Excellence- Should be able to define the right processes & redefine an existing ways of working.
Exposure to other distribution channels like Call Centre/In house sales teams.
Existing network of potential Franchise owners via their previous experience.
Knowledge of Sales Tech tools like Agile would be good to have.
Marketing exposure i.e. how to generate demand in an offline ecosystem.
Data oriented mindset- should be able to do Market sizing/opportunity analysis & subsequently use the insights to drive Business.
