Role Description The Account & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Additionally, the role involves handling account reconciliations, managing payroll, handling vendor payments, and monitoring cash flow. The role is full-time and based in Mumbai, with hybrid working arrangements available. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Planning, and Budget handling Strong skills in Account Reconciliation and Financial Reporting Knowledge of Payroll Management and Vendor Payment processing Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making Expertise in Accounting Software and Advanced Excel; familiarity with compliance regulations Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certifications such as CA, CMA, or CPA, and prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
