Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Associate at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The role involves daily tasks such as lead generation, market research, and conducting presentations to potential clients. The Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive B2C and B2B business growth for the organization.
Qualifications
- Presentation Skills and Presentations
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Proven experience as a Sr BDA / Admission Counsellor or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
