Job Title: Training and Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing training programs for new sales personnel and fitness trainers. This role involves ensuring that all new hires are fully prepared and knowledgeable about WTF's operational procedures, customer handling, sales techniques, and the use of technological tools and applications. The Training Manager will also deliver training sessions personally, ensuring that each employee meets the company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for sales staff and fitness trainers.
  • Create training materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules.
  • Develop soft skills training modules focusing on communication, customer handling, and grooming.
  1. Sales Training:
  • Conduct training on sales techniques, plan selling, and customer relationship management.
  • Ensure sales staff are well-versed in all SOPs and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training as needed.
  1. Trainer Training:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for fitness trainers covering app usage, workout routines, and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure trainers understand and adhere to all operational and safety procedures.
  • Train trainers on customer interaction and professionalism.
  1. Operational Training:
  • Train all new hires on the daily operational processes of WTF.
  • Ensure employees are proficient in using all technological tools and applications.
  1. Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback and changing needs.
  1. Personal Development:
  • Conduct sessions on personality development and corporate etiquette.
  • Instill core values of hospitality and professionalism in all employees.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in training methodologies and the fitness industry.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, preferably within the fitness or sales industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various training methodologies, including classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning.
  • Strong understanding of the fitness industry and technical training requirements.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive training manuals and SOPs.
  • Experience in process training and product training.
  • Ability to groom staff in personality development and corporate etiquettes.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
