TrainingBasket is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic MBA freshers to join ourteam as
CorporateTraining Sales Executives. As a key member of our sales team youwillbe
responsiblefor identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for our corporatetrainingprograms.
Thisrole offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skillswhile contributing tothe
growthof ourbusiness.
Responsibilities:
1.Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potentialclients within theB2B
segment.Utilize various channels such as cold calling email outreachnetworking andsocial
mediato generateleads.
2.Client Engagement: Initiate contact with decisionmakers and keystakeholders intarget
companies.Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations toshowcase the valueof
ourcorporate trainingsolutions.
3.Needs Assessment: Understand the unique training requirements andchallenges facedby
prospectiveclients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas whereourtraining
programscan add value and address specific businessobjectives.
4.Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to developcustomizedtraining
proposalsand solutions tailored to meet the needs of each client. Presentproposalsand
negotiateterms to secure new businesspartnerships.
5.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationshipswith clientsthroughout
thesales process and beyond. Serve as the primary point of contact forclients addressingany
inquiriesor concerns and ensuring a seamlessexperience.
6.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activitiesincluding prospectingefforts
meetingsand sales pipeline management. Prepare regular reports on salesperformanceand
provideinsights for continuousimprovement.

Requirements 1.Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relatedfield. MBA preferred.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
3.Strong sales acumen and the ability to pitch products effectivelyandservices.
4.Selfmotivated with a resultsdrivenmindset.
5.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
6.Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but notrequired.
