We are seeking an experienced Success Factors Analyst with a strong background in Employee Central, onboarding, Lever ATS, and SAP ECC. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HRIS analyst, with a focus on Foundation object system integration, business rules, workflow management, data loads, data management, advance reporting, and success factors certification is a plus. Experience with SAP replication and supporting employees globally is also required.Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Success Factors, primarily focused on Employee Central, onboarding, and Lever ATSConfigure and customize the Success Factors to meet the organization's HR needs, including creating and managing business rules, workflows, and data loadsCollaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, integrations, and new featuresTroubleshoot and resolve any system issues or user inquiries related to the Success FactorsManage and ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Success Factors, including regular audits and data clean-up activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of the Success Factors with other HR systems and applications, including SAP replicationSupport employees globally by providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance on HR system-related mattersStay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technology, particularly in the areas of Employee Central, onboarding, and Lever ATSProvide training and support to HR and other end-users on system functionalities and best practicesMaintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Success Factors System Analyst, preferably with a focus on Employee Central, onboarding, and Lever ATSStrong knowledge and experience in Success Factors configuration, integration, business rules, workflow management, data loads, and data managementExperience with SAP replication and supporting employees globallyProficient in creating advanced reports and dashboards using HRIS reporting toolsSuccess Factors certification would be a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issuesStrong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-usersAbility to manage multiple priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skills
