Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior ESG Coordinator to join our ESG department. The ideal candidate will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of our ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate values and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Assist in the development and execution of ESG strategies and initiatives including CSR.
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to environmental, social, and governance performance.
- Support the preparation of ESG reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations and standards.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in ESG to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of sustainability projects and programs.
- Participate in ESG-related training and awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain documentation and records related to ESG activities and performance.
Must Have Requirements:
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, IR).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
