Job Title: Consultant / Associate Consultant – Clients and MarketsLocation: Mumbai / GurugramRole & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a diligent and analytical Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible managing client data, preparing dashboards, working closely with the Partner/Director group on Pre BD initiatives, and conducting comprehensive background research/executive profiles. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. The Research Analyst will support our strategic objectives by gathering and synthesizing relevant information to deliver actionable insights.Responsibilities:Client Data Management:

Collect, organize, and maintain client data within secure databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.Analyze client information to identify trends, insights, and potential opportunities.Prepare dashboardsBackground Research:

Conduct thorough research on topics of interest to support client needs, including economic trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.Compile detailed reports, presentations, and summaries of findings.Executive Profiling:

Profile key executives and decision-makers to understand their career trajectories, leadership styles, and areas of influence.Use profiling insights to support business development and client relationship strategies.Pre-BD initiatives:

Analyse data to develop penetration index across clients/geographies/solutions/service linesRun a program to increase cross sellPursuit managementCorporate News and Analysis:
