Making BOQ, Estimation & Billing for Interior Design Implementation.

· Knowledge of all billing & Payment collection-related activities

· Make Estimates & BOQ for Clients.

· Material inspection, estimation and costing analysis.

· Billing & Payment tracking; ensuring nil pending cases.

· Maintaining vendor details & Coordination with the accounts manager.

· Check Subcontractor's Bill & Preparing Site Progress Report.

· Must have done Estimation, BOQ & Billing for Interior Design Projects.

· Negotiation, Rate conflict management & Client & Vendor Costing management.

· 2-5 yrs. of experience in Interior Designing Field.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.

· Strong understanding of construction materials, interior finishes, and their associated costs.

· Proficiency in quantity surveying and billing software.

· Excellent analytical and communication skills

· Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of relevant construction laws and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
