Job summary

Join our dynamic construction team as a Billing & Estimation Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and billing processes. This office-based position requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in construction billing and estimation, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms, and managing client invoicing and payment collection.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects to assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Project Cost Analysis: Conduct project cost analysis and provide insight into budget variances, offering recommendations for cost control and reduction where feasible.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of billing and estimation activities, preparing regular reports for project managers and financial teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to gather necessary information for accurate billing and estimation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and requirements.
  • Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in billing and estimation engineering within the construction industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. with a specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard billing and estimation software tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large scale construction projects
  • Knowledge of regional construction regulations and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
